  • Senior Assessment and Survey

    Attention!

Portfolio is being decommissioned. This portfolio page will be available to view until July 2024, but will no longer be updated. For the most updated information, please go to our new Digication page at https://du.digication.com/cahss-psych

These resources are intended to help current and prospective psychology students understand our degree requirements and experiential opportunities.

You can access our anonymous input survey here.

The senior assessment and survey are required for all Psychology majors to graduate. This is not a capstone requirement, these are in liu of an "exit interview" with our graduating seniors.

If you are close to graduating, please go to https://du.digication.com/cahss-psych/senior-assessment for most up to date assessment and survey links.

Completion of the senior survey will appear on the new degree audit. We will enter completion approvals by the end of the quarter.

    FAQ

When should I complete this by?

    • The assessment and survey should be completed by the end of week 8 of the quarter you are graduating. You may complete it earlier, but many questions ask about your experience at DU and plans after you graduate, so completing it close to graduation is often preferred. Some students choose to do it the quarter before they graduate, but it does ask questions about your experience at DU and plans following graduation, so it makes the most sense to complete close to graduating.

    Is the assessment graded?

    • No, the assessment is not graded, you just need to try your best, and complete it full for credit.

How do I prepare for the assessment?

    • There is nothing you need to do to prepare.  The assessment is not a graded test, it is an overall assessment of what you have learned throughout your time at DU. We only ask that you do your best and complete the whole thing.

    How long does it take?

    • Most students tell us that it takes them about an hour to complete BOTH the assessment and the survey.

Who do I contact with questions?
