  • The Math Center is now closed for the 2019-2020 academic year. Once our plans for the fall are decided, information will be posted here!

    Current hours are 7 days a week, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time.

Your tutor will have a username with a ! before it. You may discuss questions with each other and tutors using the chat feature, or get more direct help from a tutor by using video/audio chat or the Zoom whiteboard.

OLDER INFO: The Math Center is located in the Anderson Academic Commons. The Math Center offers free, drop-in assistance for Business Calculus, Calculus I, II and III, Elements of College Algebra, and College Algebra and Trigonometry.

The Math Center provides a place to study, to do homework, and to ask questions. Students are encouraged to work with other students in the same class. When they have questions, our assistants will give them hints and will guide them to find the answer. Working in small groups and having discussions with other students is one of the most effective ways to learn mathematics.
