  • Welcome to Easy Eats! Learn new easy to make recipes every week!

  • My name is Laurier Cress and I am a current Masters of Information Science graduate student at the Morgridge College of Education.  Easy Eats was created as an outreach and engagement project by the LIS community to help faculty, staff and students learn how to make delicious easy to cook meals. Every week I will demonstrate a new recipe and teach you how to make easy dishes on a budget.  If you have a special request or would like me to include a video/picture of your own dish from any Easy Eats' recipe, please feel free to contact me at Thank you for watching!
