    Mission:

    The mission of the Social Justice Cooperative (SJC) is to address needs in our communities related to social justice and advocacy for historically underrepresented people by advocating for social justice, equity, and the actualization of multiculturalism within the systems and communities we embody, including within the Morgridge College of Education, DU campus, and greater Denver community. SJC seeks to promote and incorporate social justice principles, ideals, values, and actions within DU’s Counseling Psychology Department and its students, faculty, and staff, starting from within the CP Department while building toward enacting change more broadly across the college, the campus, and our local and global communities.
