We are a diverse and highly motivated team! We are entreprenuers dedicated to solving social issues by creating symbiotic relationships between businesses and non-profits. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought the talent gap between many public/private businesses and nonprofits to the surface. Many employees are being laid off, while many nonprofits are in need of employees. We are here to help bridge this gap, allowing both parties to benefit in this troubled time by placing employees at cylical or seasonal businesses, that might not currently have enough work to go around, with non-profits in need of human capital. Those businesses can then be reimburesed by the federal government for these wages. We are a community and we will thrive together!
