Students must arrange for faculty readers for the 6030 and 6040 exams. This form is used to document the readers for the exams. It must be completed and submitted to the JDP Program Manager Rhonda.Eaker@du.edu by the first week of winter term of the third year of study. This form is also available via DocuSign which eliminates the need to track down signatures. Click here to initiate the form. It should be accompanied by the bibliography for each comp.
