    What inspired you to choose RMS as a field of study?

    I was mostly self-taught as a program evaluation practitioner and wanted to formalize my skills. 

    What are your research interests?

    My interests include program evaluation of human services, with a social justice aim. I am also interested in helping nonprofits and government agencies improve through data.

    What are your professional and/or academic goals?

    My professional goals are to launch my own program evaluation consulting business (done!) and mentor early career evaluators (to come).
