While at the University of Denver, as part of the Pioneer Leadership Program, my group and I worked with homeless teenagers to allow them to learn experientially about what they can do in the future. We took them to places that they normally would not go to allow them to see what opportunities are available. For example, we went to museums, Coors Field, and the University of Denver. As a group, we thought it was crucial that they were able to see that there is a life outside of homelessness. Throughout the 5 week program, we taught them leadership, allowed them to grow individually, and walked alongside them as they figured out their future steps. 

We worked throughout the year to develop many different presentations of what we created. See the Prezi below and the Annual Report summing up our accomplishments.
