• My work here at DU

  • Hello! I am the senior instructional designer for the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver where I work with faculty members to develop and enhance their face-to-face, online, and hybrid courses. I am a member of the assessment team where I actively engage in assessment and accreditation efforts at the college and class level. As a member of multiple committees, I work to develop, reform, and improve upon programs and projects to cultivate an innovative and exceptional business school.

As a Quality Matters institutional representative and peer reviewer, I promote excellence in online and hybrid courses. Regardless of the course delivery method (online, hybrid, or face-to-face), I emphasize the importance of integrating emerging technology, inclusive excellence practices, and universal design for learning techniques.

  • My professional and scholarly interests

  • Given my years of professional experience in instructional and curriculum design, my experience as a researcher and scholar, and my pragmatic philosophy, I can adapt to the needs of the college quickly and easily.

Providing the best educational experience possible for a diverse student community.

During my tenure at Daniels College of Business, I've worked with faculty to create online and hybrid courses, integrate video into course content, use open source material, conduct midterm student feedback sessions, provide teaching consultations, redesign existing courses and programs, serve on task forces and committees, etc.

I've started initiatives for teaching and curriculum improvement such as Snippet workshops, first-year new-faculty support, and midterm course feedback sessions.
