• Lawyering Process

  • I teach Lawyering Process at the Law School during the fall and spring semesters. LP is a required class for all first-year law students. Visit this page for more information.

  • Discovery Practicum

  • I also teach a course called "Discovery Practicum" which is an upper-level course that focuses on the law and procedure of the discovery period in litigation, where parties exchange information about their cases. Visit this page for more information.

  • Administrative Law

  • Some years ago I taught Administrative Law, an upper-level required course. In this class I use advanced educational technology, including student response systems ("clickers") and Group Projects that are Wiki-based.

  • Knowledge Management

  • In the recent past, I have taught a course in Knowledge Management in the law school's Master of Science in Legal Administration (MSLA) program.  While this program is focused on legal office administration, and our view of KM is informed by that focus, we spent considerable time on the theoretical underpinnings of the discipline.  I teach this course fully online, and utilize Blackboard's wiki function, and we conduct several classes "live" online in the Wimba module.
