• Hello and Welcome!

I am so excited to have completed my dissertation study and graduated from the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work this past June (2021)!  Feel free to check out the "Research" tab in the navigation bar to see what my dissertation was about. My current research agenda seeks to facilitate the development of trauma-informed behavioral health interventions and practice for individuals involved with the criminal legal system, especially those who become involved as minors.

I am also a licensed social worker with over 15 years of experience in direct practice with adults and children within hospital, community organizations, and academic settings. In addition to my clinical work, I have been involved in numerous research projects evaluating the implementation and sustainability of behavioral health interventions within community and state-based agencies and have taught 25 semesters/quarters of graduate courses in social work and psychology.  I thoroughly enjoy what I do in all my roles and am looking foward to what comes next after graduation!

Please do not hesitate to be in touch if you have any questions or would like to talk further about the work I do.

    Cheers,

    Daphne
