      • Claudia F. Fuentes Julio is PhD candidate at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver and holds an MA in international relations from the University of Kent, England. She worked for five years as a researcher at the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO-Chile) on foreign policy, human rights and security issues with a focus on Latin America. She has taught and lectured in universities in the United States, Latin America, and the Diplomatic Academy of Chile. Considerable experience as a consultant for international organizations including the Inter-American Institute of Human Rights, UNDP, UNESCO, and others.
