"As it becomes increasingly more important to understand the social, political and economics of other peoples and cultures, access to global knowledge will need to expand its boundaries to include multiple demographics of people.  I believe the media has the potential to bring this important aspect of education to the attention of larger society. The lack of diversity in fields of international study inspires me to encourage everyone - regardless of age, race or any other label that limits our ability - to truly find their inspiration and live the life of that inspiration by exploring boundaries beyond those that have been put in front of us, and at times, determined for us.  When we see how big the world is, we can possibly better understand the endless opportunities, and find our place in the world and live a happy life."
