    • Colorado Education Association’s Summer Leadership Conference. Wrote a grant securing funding from the Colorado Education Association for non-profit leaders to attend a conference. 2016.
    • National Education Association’s Wyoming-Colorado Organizing Institute. Served on the steering committee, helped design the grant and rubric with funding from the National Education Association, reviewed grants, and managed the event. 2016.
    • Colorado Education Association’s Theory into Practice. Helped inform and write the budget to secure a grant from the Gates Foundation to hold a series of state-wide professional development training for educators and administrators; managed financial reporting.
