My name is Alexander Orcutt, I am 21 years old, and I am from Cheshire, CT. I am currently a 4+1 graduate student attending the University of Denver, and I plan to earn my Master’s degree at Josef Korbel School of International Studies in November 2023. I am majoring in International Studies with a certificate in Global Environmental Change and Adaptation. During my undergraduate studies at DU, I majored in International Studies and Public Policy, as well as minored in Spanish and Leadership Studies. I am an alum of the Pioneer Leadership Program, which is a Learning and Living Community on campus. My goal is to visit all 193 UN-recognized countries of the world, and I studied abroad in Alicante, Spain in Fall 2021 at Universidad de Alacant. I have visited 28 countries, the latest being South Africa. Additionally, I am the co-captain of the DU Club Triathlon team. Lastly, I am applying for Fulbright for July 2024.
