Welcome to the Shwayder Art Building
The Vicki Myhren Gallery is the main exhibition venue at the School of Art & Art History. Integral to the educational mission of the SAAH, it provides an opportunity for students to experience exhibitions and interdisciplinary programs exploring the visual arts. Exhibitions feature work by artists from SAAH as well as work from regionally, nationally and internationally known artists.
Check out the Gallery website here.
Students can take advantage of the Gallery in many ways, ranging from simply enjoying current exhibitions, attending lectures and panels hosted by the Gallery, to informal visits with artists, collectors and others involved in the creation and presentation of art.
While these spaces are primarily utilized by BFA or Studio Art students, we encourage students from other disciplines to contact us with proposals and ideas.
