This article describes the on-campus exhibit, "The Multiple Identities of DU Women", which was displayed in the Driscoll Gallery during Women's History month, February 2007. My entry in the exhibit was a quilt, "The Light of the World Shines on Women", which now hangs on the wall of my Center for World Languages & Cultures office.

  • Quilt Exhibit 2016

In March 2016, twelve of my quilts hung on display at Kaladi Brothers Coffee on East Evans Avenue, a popular hangout spot near the University of Denver. The coffee shop hosted an opening reception for the exhibit on Thursday, March 10, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The quilts ranged from my first two quilts - traditional pillow shams made in 1994 from my great-grandmother's antique maple leaf blocks - through some of my more recent art quilts. The show was curated by my daughter, Meg Swartley, a 2016 DU graduate in studio art.
