About Me
I'm an Assistant Professor at University of Denver. I'm the author of Sorry to Disrupt the Peace, a novel about a Korean adoptee who investigates her brother's suicide. I write fiction, poetry, and essays. My work has been translated into Korean, Italian, Turkish, and French. My teaching interests include Asian American literature, trans and queer literature, ambiguity, and nonhumans.
