Mia Elizardi, MA, GCDF, SHRM-SCP, CCSP, is a dynamic leader and nearly 20 years of experience across higher education, nonprofits and healthcare as a coach, trainer, facilitator, and consultant. She holds bachelor's degrees in Human Communication and Human and Family Development from Arizona State University and a masters degree in Higher Education Administration with a focus in Diversity and Adult Learning and Conflict Resolution. She is a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP), a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), and a Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP). She is a passionate lifelong learner and considers herself a developer of people and culture – she is particularly interested in career development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, community building, wellbeing, emotional intelligence, team building, and strategic planning.
