I am a 2020 graduate from the University of Denver, I majored in ecology and biodiversity, with minors in writing and physics. My favorite way to contribute to the DU community was through my role as the manager of the DU bike shop, where my team and I provided quality service and incentivize alternative forms of transportation. Growing up in Lakewood, CO I developed a passion for the natural world, particularly forests. This carries on in my love of skiing and backpacking, as well as my academic interests. I was involved with forest ecology research at the University of Denver, participating in projects ranging from drought studies at the Mt. Evans field station to hurricane and fire regimes in the pine forests of the Dominican Republic.
