Carol currently serves as Assistant Dean and Faculty Director, Executive and Professional MBA Programs, and Chair of the Department of Marketing, Daniels College of Business, University of Denver, Denver, CO. She regularly teaches Advanced Marketing Strategy, Customer Experience Management (CEM) and Marketing Concepts to graduate students.
Carol’s research interests are in the areas of higher education learning and teaching, online and blended learning and teaching, customer experience management, and services marketing.
