    The CLIMB Stipend Programs applications for the 2023-2024 academic year are now open!

    The priority application deadline is June 1, 2023

     

    Application reviews for both programs will start at the beginning of the spring quarter. The following information must be received by the application deadline stated on the application for candidates to be considered:

    • Fully Completed Application
    • Personal Essay
    • Field Confirmation Form Confirming a Secured Field Internship that meets the IBH requirements. The Field Confirmation form is not required to apply to the CLIMB Stipend program and can be sent later. More information about internships can be found on the Internship page. 

    Students who are awarded a CLIMB stipend must also provide a letter of support from their Field Placement Supervisor in early September, prior to stipend payments starting. Failure to provide this letter in the time allowed will result in the student forfeiting the stipend.

     

    Who Is Eligible for the CLIMB@DU Program?

    All students who are completing their advanced standing or concentration year field placements in an internship for the MSW are eligible to apply. We accept applications from students attending University of Denver classes at the Denver, Four-Corners, and Western Colorado campuses. The selection process for the CLIMB stipend programs is competitive.
